D ONALD TRUMP has once again set his sights on the World Health Organisation ( WHO ). On January 20th America’s newly inaugurated president signed an executive order signalling that his country would withdraw from the UN agency. The order cites the WHO ’s mishandling of covid-19, failure to reform and lack of independence as reasons for withdrawal.
