The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has apologised to a person who remained in jail regardless of prices towards him being dropped.
James Jobson, 62, from Costessey close to Norwich, had been accused of sharing particulars of properties housing asylum seekers and remanded in custody following anti-immigration dysfunction in Thetford, however Norfolk Police mentioned on Friday that no additional motion can be taken.
